Listed as level 31 but I get dark blues and high greens at 45, so there's a level range. A lot of them become no exp greens at 46 but there are some dark blues still.
Whiskers
The whisker drop rate is currently at 1,3% but while I don't have exact numbers, it looks closer to 5% and the table at the bottom seems to confirm this. I'll put it at 5%.
I farmed 10 whiskers and while they're rare there's no way it is 1/100 chance or even 1/50.
