A Gopher Snake is not listed on the bestiary list for North Qeynos on Allakhzam from June 28, 2001[1]. On a recent addition of Zam A Gopher Snake is included for North Qeynos[2], however the oldest comment listed is from October 30, 2004.
I believe A Gopher Snake may have been added to the beastiary list for North Qeynos at some point after the Velious expansion.
