It took 6 nukes for 705 damage each (all unresisted) to kill him.
Light blue to me at level 58.
The fifth nuke put him at 12% health and he tried to run so be wary of that if you are close to his level you might aggro other stuff in the area.
A useful trick for finding him is using the level 1 cleric spell Sense the Dead.
He is the only undead creature in the entire Firiona Vie Zone so if he isn't up.. the spell will have no effect, if he is up it will point you toward him.
You may have to cast it a few times as he roams.. but its fairly simple to track him down.
Gonna update his HP to around 4k on the article (705X6 = 4230)

Sense the Dead Correction
Sense the Dead is not a level 1 cleric spell now.
The following classes and levels can use this spell.
- Level 1 - Necromancer
- Level 9 - Cleric, ShadowKnight
- Level 15 - Paladin
Creating an Iksar Necromancer and parking on FV line seems to be the easiest way if you do not have a higher level of any of these classes.
