2024/05/05: Confirming 40 minute spawn timer. PH/Modani pathes out to the hallway and returns not long after to repeat. There is one more roamer in the halls, that is not a PH, but its pathing is making it warp into the room every now and then to exactly the location where Modani would spawn, which can make it seem like its spawning there. I'm pretty sure thats what caused some confusion about the spawn time. The roamer that is not a PH will never walk into the room. Always warp in it.
If you care about your faction, get into the room and wait for the roamer that walks in it. Thats your guy. Kill it. You can keep the other roamer targetet, so you will recognize it when he appears to spawn in the room.
