Illusions

Does anyone have information on how bear form changes faction for shaman? Specifically will it boost a barbarian or Iksar to non KoS if you haven't messed VS faction? Does it raise or lower faction for ogres or trolls?

Does anyone have information on how an Amulet of Necropotence changes the default con for specific race/class combos?
