Description

This skeleton (No longer) guards the entrance to Kaesora. No PH, he's a guaranteed 22 minutes spawn. About ~20% chance for an armor piece to drop and ~5% for the mask.

October 23rd 2024 patch notes:

Nilbog: targishin spawns at Kaesora Ruins until the introduction of the bind point [Mar2001], at which time he spawns north of Kurn's.

Current loc is for kaesora and is no longer valid, needs to be updated. (spotted him around (+1200, +1000) soon after spawn, need exact loc). Found him wandering the area north of Kurns. Have seen him walk very near kurns and all the way up near the sythrak caves and back to the roads. Few skeletons roam this area so he is easy to spot from a distance. Spawn location as yet unknown.
