Description
The top monster within Kaesora. Casts some nasty Necromancer spells and hits hard, though doesn't have a pet. His room has four monsters in it (including him / his placeholder). He is on a 30.0 minute spawn timer which is different from zone. He always drops a fang along with one other item from his loot table, which can be and most often is a second fang.
