Talk to Athrin in the Lion's Mane Tavern.
He tells you he is missing some scrolls.
A thief spawns outside the North Qeynos gate. He is about level 9 or so. If you kill him, he drops a sacred scroll of rodcet nife. This is the one Athrin wants.
Give it to him and you will be rewarded with the Ring of Rodcet Nife.
Need all dialogues, quest items, /loc of quest mobs, faction hits if any, confirmation quest has been removed.
