What is this Sorcery?

Project 1999 uses the Titanium client, which has a (very unclassic, but not blocked by the staff here) command called /outputfile. By using this command you can generate a text file containing all of your character's equipment (including banked gear, which makes this a great way to answer the question "Do I have _____ in my bank?" ... without having to run to a bank).

Once you do so you can copy/paste that file's contents below, and this page will generate a Wiki/Magelo version of them, which you can then copy/paste into your Magelo profile to update your character's gear.

Using /outputfile

To generate your character's inventory as a text file use "/outputfile inventory". This file will be generated inside your EverQuest folder.

You can also optionally specify the name of the file, if you want, eg. "/outputfile inventory myStuff.txt". If you don't, the file will be named "yourCharacterName-Inventory.txt".

Once you have generated the file you can use any program (eg. Notepad on Windows) to open it, select its contents, and then copy them to the clipboard.

Editing Your Magelo

Once you have generated the Magelo code above simply copy it, edit your character's Magelo as normal, and then paste the code in. DO NOT replace your entire Magelo profile! Only replace the items section with the pasted text.

Once you save your Magelo will be updated (but if anything goes wrong you can always use the history tab at the top to roll things back).
