Also found in Butcherblock Mountains @ (-955,-2840) with Orc Centurion placeholder, spawn time is about 4-5 min.
The Butcherblock Mountains one has placeholders and doesn't always carry the sealed letter.
Appears on Green Server around every 25 minutes.
