Important NOTE: As of This date (Dec 28 2021) my testing(on Green server) has shown it to not be working as intended. This spell does no damage, do not waste your money buying or mana casting this till it is fixed. EDIT: developers have addressed, and state fix will be implemented next patch (verified on June 04, 2022 on Blue that this spell still does no damage. Any updates on the fix mentioned previously?
