Wiki Admin Proposal
I'd like to nominate User:Rotnpop to become a wiki admin. He's been sending me tons of "loc maps" (data to make those red Xs show where NPCs are on maps), and instead of me having to be the middle man, I think it would make sense to let him add that data directly.
However, to do that he needs access to edit MediaWiki:Zones.js, and that requires admin access. His history shows that he's a very active wiki contributor, so I think he will make a good addition to the team.
