This guy has several spawn points, two of which are confirmed as being location 110, 100 just to the west of the entrance to Upper Guk, and another at -1211, -383. This is a placeholder for Slayer Captain and the respawn time is 6 minutes. After spawning it has a limited wander path around its little island. The southern spawn also has a fungus spore and a froglok has potential placeholders.
The various named humanoids that spawn and wander the island are not on the spawn cycle.
