The first spawn happens exactly 8:00 PM in WC @ (-515, -800). It can only spawn 3 times in one night at 8PM, 11PM, and 3AM. The respawn timer is 10 minutes. (While it does spawn right at 8PM, it doesn't respawn right at 11PM and 3AM--it respawns 10 mins after you kill it.) Soloable as a 30 Rogue. Drops are not as common as listed.
