Charm [[Gadallion]] (derv camp) and [[Innkeep Tizzy]] (near SRO zoneline) in zone and haste them otherwise overcoming his regen is near impossible. Both of these mobs are level 45 and do max 120damage per attack. Tash and put your 2 pets on him. Let your snarer snare him (doesn't need to be a necro) and fear him while he's snared. Try to slow while he's feared.  Repeat.  Took about 5-10 minutes and charm only broke on 1 pet so your mileage may vary.
