For XP groups/farming I put on {{: Carnal Pauldrons}}, {{:Grotesque Mask}}, {{: Blazing Boots of Fennin Ro}}, and depending on the number of casters {{:Executioners Hood}} and {{:Trooper Scale Bracers}} and hit 230ish dexterity. {{: 10 Dose Greater Null Potion}} also gives 25 dexterity if I'm really desperate.
