Druid strengths
- Form of the Howler (+2/tick) (Greatest run speed in game without counter-benefits).
I'd like to point out that Form of the Howler@60 caps the same Selo's Accelerando@50 both giving 65% without spell/song modifications.
That Form of the Howler@65 is 67% is irrelevant because we can't level past 60. But if you include "having to be in close proximity to a lv50+ bard" a counter-benefit then you're absolutely right!

Looks like the Elder Spiritualist Bracer Drones does not stack with the lvl 44 Drifting Death.

Charming Polar bears in Everfrost
The Druid Charm guide says that the Polar Bears in Everfrost start at 53-54, however they're actually level 8? Is there another area in Everfrost peaks where other polar bears spawn?
