Rusty weapons are usually the first weapon upgrade for a new player. Commonly drops off of humanoids at early levels.

Each rusty weapon can be combined with a sharpening stone in a forge to create a tarnished weapon of the same type.

Not all rusty weapons are created equal. The following table shows which have the best ratios. Since these weapons lack stats, use the highest ratio you can find.
