Description
Shopkeepers, or merchants, are found throughout Norrath, offering their wares for those with sufficient money. These NPC's can not be charmed and do not give exp when killed.
Charisma and Faction are both critical factors in determining the price a shopkeeper will demand for any given item. Every item has a "best price", which are generally listed on the merchant pages where known. To obtain this price, you will have to meet a combination of minimum charisma and faction.
