This quest begins with Rihtur Fullome located at (357, -450) in the Qeynos Aqueducts.
You say, 'Hail, Rihtur Fullome'
- Rihtur Fullome says, 'Hail, _______! I hope the trek into our shrine has not scared you in any way. Our defenses have been increased lately. Many of the citizens have heard rumors about our shrine. I say it is all due to that [soldier].'
You say, 'What soldier?'

You may also complete Nerissa's quest to receive the Monogrammed Cloth to turn in.
Milea can be found in East Karana. For the sake of being evil, we choose to kill her.
You loot a Monogrammed Cloth.
You return to Rihtur Fullome and hand him the Monogrammed Cloth.
- Rihtur Fullome says, 'Hah! Well done indeed!'
- Your faction standing with Bloodsabers got better.
- Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos got worse.
- Your faction standing with Corrupt Qeynos Guards got better.
- Your faction standing with Opal Dark Briar got better.
- Your faction standing with Priests of Life got worse.
You gain experience!!
In the Good version of this quest, Rihtur sends Guard Elias to do his dirty work.
