Both Mortificator Syythrak and his ph have a 2 hour respawn. You will know if you got a placeholder "lizardman mystic" if you get a faction hit for Allize Taeew getting better, and Allize Volew getting worse.
A second lizardman mystic with the exact name of the place holder will spawn around #9 on the map. This one is not a place holder, and will repop much sooner as another lizardman mystic or a lizard man warrior. This will throw off tracking a bit. The true place holder will only spawn at /loc -540, -1520, which is near #24 on the map.
