Can spawn from any one of the four '''[[a shrouded bat]]'''s on the top level of Tower. If the bat sees through invis, it will spawn Tserrina; if not, it will spawn [[an enraged vampire]]. With the chardok revamp patch, Tserrina now spawns in a fixed location near the false wall instead of directly on the bat's corpse like before. After spawning, she will path up the spiral stair and across the bridge before going back down again. From the bridge, it's possible to pull her back into the safe room adjacent to the mirror room.

She is very difficult, as she can charm pets and players, spin, stun and mana/health drain you, all at the same time! She always drops the key, the harnessed soul gem, and one of the four items below. Half a group of 60s or a full group of 50+s should be able to take her down (also a 60 Enchanter can solo her).

Trigger mob is any a shrouded bat on the top (7th) floor of the tower. There can be more than 1 Bat trigger up at a time for Tserrina, but there cannot be 2 Tserrinas up at a time.
