This quest is NOT as good as the kaladim bone chip quest for XP purposes but it is still decent if you can't do that one for whatever reason.  For example, a Rallos Zek war/bard (dwarves hate RZ).  I think there is also a strong possibility you can do this in wolf form even as an evil deity since it is an outdoor zone and most HE surprisingly don't seem to care about deity (But I dont have a druid to test this out).

Notes

59 turn-ins will take you from scowling to threatening. Another 40 turn-ins will take you from threatening to apprehensive.

On a Rallos Zek Gnome War, it took 30 stacks of bone chips to go from lvl 1-8. It took about another 12 stacks to get to 9, and another 20 stacks to get to 10. Thats about 62 total stacks to get to 10 (I'm going from memory but its pretty close)

As an Iksar monk : don't bother to do this quest for faction. After turning in 5 full bags of bone chips I still con scowl to the guards. Complete waste of time and money. Also feign death turn in doesn't work.
