Jinkus Felligan is located inside the Temple of the Tribunal in Halas at approximately 322.8, 446.8.

You say, 'Hail, Jinkus Felligan'

Jinkus Felligan says, 'Welcome! Welcome to the Church o' the Tribunal! Do ye require healing or are ye [new to the Shamans o' Justice], then, eh?'

You say, 'I am new to the shamans of justice.'

Jinkus Felligan says, 'Then I welcome ye into our noble order. Ye'll serve us well or spend an eternity in the dungeons o' the Tribunal. Are ye willing to [contribute to our church] or did ye just come to meditate within our walls?'

You say, 'I am ready to contribute to yer church.'

Jinkus Felligan says, 'Ye'll help all o' Halas by doing the bidding o' the church. Go to Holana. Tell her [Jinkus sent] ye to assist her. She'll have worrk for ye. Perhaps, if ye're planning on passing near Qeynos, ye can [make a delivery] as well?'

You say, 'I will make a delivery.'

Jinkus Felligan says, 'The Church of the Tribunal works with the Qeynos Guards to apprehend fugitives. There's a new criminal on the loose, so we must send a wanted poster to Qeynos for them to display on the walls of their bank. Speak with Cindl about a piece o' mammoth hide parchment and with Greta about some ink and I'll prrepare the bounty poster.'

Cindl is located behind the counter inside Mac's Kilts at approximately 277.4, -169.7. (You can start the quest here, if you want)

You say, 'I need a mammoth hide parchment.'

Cindl says, 'Jinkus must've sent ye fer some more mammoth hide parchment fer his posters. Here, take it, free o' charge, as a donation to tghe church and to the will o' the Tribunal as well.'

Cindl hands you a Mammoth Hide Parchment.

Greta Terrilon is located close to the oven outside McDaniels Smokes & Spirits at approximately 277.4, -323.6.

You say, 'I need some ink.'

Greta Terrilon says, 'On an errand for Jinkus eh? No - no money, consider this a donation to the church.'

Greta hands you a vial of Datura Ink.

You return to Jinkus Felligan and hand him the vial of ink and the parchment.

Jinkus Felligan says, 'This is what I needed, thank-you. Your next task is to take this wanted poster to Dun at the bank in Qeynos. Go quickly, this is important'

Dun is a barbarian guard at the Qeynos bank, just outside the door of the bank. The bank is in South Qeynos, at approximately 319.5, -453.3.

Hand Dun the Wanted Poster.

Dun says 'Tis good that Jinkus has sent you with this poster. There has been talk of a northman fugitive in the city. Take this list back to Jinkus so that our brethren in Halas are aware of the many criminals that have fled Qeynos and are still at large.'

You return to Jinkus Felligan in Halas and hand him the list of Qeynos' Most Wanted.

Jinkus Felligan says, 'Great work, Soandso You will be a welcome addition to our rolls. Take this as a token of your new status.'

You receive your Initiate Symbol of the Tribunal.
