Loraen's gear recommendations for newb enchanters. Gnome of course! About 10k in gear. See Loraen's Enchanter Guide Will hit ~210 CHA (more if you picked High Elf or Erudite) with self buffs at 34+ while still maintaining decent intelligence and some HP gear.
