- Captain Nealith appears saddened by the mention of his sibling. 'My brother Marltek has been missing for quite some time. I found coarse Drolvarg hair inside his tent which leads me to believe he has become a meal for the dogs. CURSE THE EVIL DOGS!! I shall see them all dead!!'
At +1510, -1395, there are two tents with a fixed spawn of three drolvargs. Keep clearing these drolvargs until a drolvarg scavenger spawns.
- a drolvarg scavenger begins to howl and yip. 'Grrr.. Mad..ness!! Red, sweet red.'
Kill it.
a drolvarg scavenger's corpse yips and falls to the ground. A tattered note appears to be tucked into his armor.
Loot a Bloodsoaked Note, which reads:
Dear, brother, I fear that my soul has been overtaken by a great evil. My sanity barely hangs on by a thread. My dreams of the sweet red blood of others are soon to drive me mad. The howls in the night call to me. It is best for me to leave. I pray that I can deliver this note before I go mad. Please understand that it is better that I am never seen again. Goodbye. Keep up the fight for the forest folk.

Give the note to Captain Nealith.
