Take this item to Xenyari. Upon receiving this, she will be struck dead and the Faceted Hyacinth Telesm will be changed into a Pulsating Hyacinth Telesm.

Take the Pulsating Hyacinth Telesm to Kazzel. On handing it in, a level 53 zombie called "monstrous zombie" spawns and attacks. Kill it, loot a Monstrous Zombie Heart, and give it to Kazzel to receive your spell Spell: Life Leech.

This spell is DROPPABLE
