Description
For a discussion of his spawn see this thread. He spawns at the ruins with 3 static iksar pariahs / exiles. The roamers might be PHs also but only seen him spawn from the statics. On atlas map look for the "9". You can sit inside the building against the north west wall and you will be out of the path of the vast majority of wanderers.
He can be quite elusive and people wonder if he still exists but I got him after 12 cycles on 06/21/2024. Camped him a while ago and it took me ~25 cycles to get him.
