The Pirates of Iceclad Ocean, the gnomes found from North Ro through to the Icy Fingers of Iceclad.
They are a vengeful bunch, as it is rumoured that killing even one of these little gnomes will place you on their "kill on sight" list. They also have a particular disdain for Air Elementals, possibly other elementals as well; enchanters looking to levitate over the water near them with Illusion: Air Elemental beware.
