this set of gear is supposed to represent the best combination of items for a high-elf enchanter that spent starting points like 25int 5cha. 25int obviously the wrong choice in velious era
Shield of the Magi + GRM = +79mr
white dragon helm actually adds additional 20mr from worn effect, which stacks with GRM, so that plus the 79 self buffed adds 99 to base stats
Overwhelming splendor +50cha
so this set of gear puts me MAX cha and MR self-buffed
my recommendation for min max is high elf 25cha 5sta and substituting strength of the elements (if it's in game) for wind walker's mantle and or some combination using staff of the silent star in place of epic... epic haste is really useful in most situations though....
