The "Lost" community of Ice Dwarves, found deep within the Crystal Caverns. Note: Any Gnome or Dwarf can sell here as they are a creature of Brell Serilis. All other Races will have to quest to gain faction in this zone in order to sell as none of the mobs give you faction currently. The easiest quest would be to turn in the Worn Coldain Tome over and over for 50pp
