Walkthrough
War Historian Kobl in the Warrior guild gives this info when hailed: "You have come to learn? Have you not? I have knowledge of importance to young warriors of the Legion. Or perhaps you are a scribe seeking my [unique writing materials]." When asked about unique writing materials he says: "You must be a scribe of sorts? Always glad to assist a talented yourth. I make two things unique to Cabilis and important to any future master scribe. I can create Blood Ink and Illweed Parchment."
On Illweed Parchment: "If you wish to obtain a page of my Illweed Parchment then you only have a simple task to perform. Bring me four Illweed reeds from the Lake of Ill Omen. You may find the only way one can find Illweed is to go fishing." You can in fact get Illweed fishing in the lake. Bring him four and he will give you an illweed parchment. I would presume there is a way to write on the Illweed with the ink, but I am not sure. Faction goes up with Legion of Cabilis, Cabilis Residents, Scaled Mystics, Crusaders of Greenmist, Swifttails.
Need all dialogues (these are badly copied transcriptions), quest mobs and their /locs, quest items, current faction hits, quest reward, additional zones, etc.
