Suuspa Clanim, in the Flying Saucer or the Temple of Life, will talk of a [new disease] and ask if you want to [join the fight]. When you tell her you will fight, she tells you to be on the lookout for members of the Bloodsabers.
When you kill them, they have a Rat Shaped Ring. Bring the rings back and Suuspa will reward you.
