Item Lore (from Identify): Looks painful

This item is rarely/uncommonly found in the main room on the Halflings: Stitch, Snitch, Plupple, Dupple. They commonly drop , same stats but Race: NONE.

Telin added this as a rare drop as per [1], 4/7/19 officially in game. "Effect" is intentionally blank, but has a graphical fireball effect (harmless).[2]
