The Hunting Spot
The "Neriak Arena" hunting spot is actually a slight misnomer, as the actual spot is a building adjacent to the arena. The arena is #15 on the map below of the foreign quarter, while the adjacent building you want to hunt in is #? (TODO: add this).
Although the XP here is a little slower than some alternatives, because of it's unique location this spot is not as commonly used (and so is usually available). It's a particularly good spot for a Monk/Shaman duo.
Of course, because of the mobs being killed here you will hurt your Neriak Queen factions (TODO: Add which) and help your Neriak King factions (same TODO).
Where to Fight
Within the adjacent building, you want to use the stairwells as (safe) pull spots.

Note for Lower-Level Characters
Because root spells breaks frequently when cast by a level 55 or lower here, it's less ideal for root/rot at lower levels.
