Description
Rharzar is a rare spawn in the southern-most section of Rathe Mountains. His PH is "a drake", which spawns north of Zazamoukh's hill and is the only spawn in the area with a 10:00 timer.
Upon spawning, the mob will roam around the hill counter-clockwise.
Will CH and run at low health. May cast stun on characters besides your tank.
