Description
Lord Grimrot has a live form and an undead form. Also see Lord Grimrot (undead).
To spawn, kill the PH every 6 minutes or so til you get either this version of Lord Grimrot (alive) or the Lord Grimrot (undead) version. Can confirm that he can spawn at anytime of the day, just kill the PH everytime it spawns and good luck.
