Personally my favourite is the format used for song 7 (20/Largo's Melodic Binding) - Without Numbers / With template / Location Stacked; and that's what I'll be doing without objection.
I'll also add red/blue borders around the icon for the beneficial/Detrimental tags, this should match up with how they are in the song book.
