King of the Velious dragons. Casts Ice Breath and Mind Cloud.

Strategy

Lord Yelinak is perma-rooted. He comes with two drakes in his room that must be pulled before engaging. Once the drakes are dead, make sure everyone has levitate, TAG FOR RAMP, and move your raid inside to the sloped platform near the water on the left.

Lord Yelinak's AEs can be LOSed since the zone is indoors. By staying down on the ramp far enough so that you cannot see the boss, you can avoid the AEs completely (this is great for your clerics).

Have your MT stand as close to the ramp as possible while fighting. Lord Yeli is a belly caster, so your casters will have to move into melee range to cast. They can head back to the ramp if they get low on HP.
