this set of gear is supposed to represent the best combination of items for a high-elf enchanter that spent starting points like 25int 5cha 25int obviously the wrong choice in velious era
Shield of the Magi + GRM = +79mr
white dragon helm actually adds additional 20mr from worn effect, which stacks with GRM, so that plus the 79 self buffed adds 99 to base stats
Overwhelming splendor +50cha
so this set of gear puts me at over 2600hp 4500 mana unbuffed and MAX cha and MR self-buffed
