Used for the Paw of Opolla quest. Distinguished from an ordinary silver ring by the fact that it is MAGIC, LORE, and has the stats CHA: -1, WIS: +1.
Dropped by Gynok Moltor in Befallen or obtained via the Shiny Rings quest. More information is available on the Paw of Opolla main page.
Also sits in the bottom of the lake in Blackburrow, which is substantially easier than either of the above methods.
