Zarchoomi spawns to the left of the G on the Butcherblock Mountains map between 11 and 18 (it's the center of the map). There are several Giant Scarabs that spawn along the wall here. Her placeholder is a Giant Scarab that wanders down south towards another Giant Scarab that does not move.
She wanders, so if there is no scarab up it's likely she is moving around. Head south from her spawn location (-281, 539) and look around there, she heads off in that direction if left alone.
