--Contrary to what this says, on my lvl 11 ranger, I'm getting 5 mana per tic from meditate at a skill of only 16. Based on this observation, it seems that meditate only cares about your level, not your meditate skill. Can anyone else confirm? (22 April 2018) (Unknown)
--Interesting though a level 11 should be gaining 6 total mana (1 base and 5 from meditate) if I'm reading the table correctly. Zosymandias (talk) 13:20, 17 July 2018 (UTC)
