At level 9 he was getting 6 mana per tic while his skill was raising, then when his skill passed 48, he started getting 7 mana per tic. So I can confirm it's based on skill. (Although he should only be getting 6 at 48 skill; 2 base, plus 4 from meditate. He's definitely getting 7 though, and was definitely getting 6 before. Maybe the math is off and meditate gives 1 + (skill level / 12) ). | ||

- I was able to test this recently when I leveled a character to 9 using bone chips.
