Bread shipment quests are completed by handing 2 gold to Jarlen Meadowgreen in South Karana, then bringing the Bag of Bread Loaves he gives you to an NPC around Norrath. No dialogue or other steps are necessary. If you do choose to complete the dialogue, you will find that these NPCs are merchants who are unable to restock their wares because of the plague in the Karanas.

The rewards are experience, faction, and small amounts of coin.
