Description

  • Spawns near Cabilis, on the 2nd floor of a building (near Trooper Melzok's guarding area).
  • Respawn rate is between 24 and 27,5 hours, with a variance of up to +3,5 hours (exact amount still to be determined).
  • A hotly-contested turn-in for Di`Zok ring quest line, which is currently handled under a player made agreement.

Current "Player Agreement" on P99 Blue: (Updated 02/21/19)

  • On "A shady goblin" spawn, players will /random 1000
  • Time limit to roll is 5 seconds from the first roll
  • Players must stay away from spawn point, to avoid disputes about if Rolling or Clicking
  • Players must honor their roll and turn in themselves
  • Attacking, casting or aggroing the "a shady goblin", turning in if not roll winner will be petitioned as per the current player agreement, to be handled as GMs consider.
