I moved Vindi BP from common to uncommon based on the results I've seen first hand and what people post they get from vindi on the forums. It seems to me that earring and boots are more common than vindi BP by far. That being said I have in the very early days of p99 velious seen 2 bps drop from the same vindi. However in recent times I've never seen this again.
The information used to generate the articles on this wiki are not 100% accurate to p99. So I feel confident that vindi BP is not common in the drop tables, rather it is uncommon.

Out of 20 first hand Vindi kills, I've seen 18 BPs, 1 boots, 1 earring. BP is by far the common drop.
