This wizard is found on the live side of Lower Guk. The bag is the common drop; there is no longer a rare drop (Manastone). It Gates. 28 minute respawn timer.
Patch change 20 Feb, 2012: Nilbog: the evil eye of Lower Guk will spawn more frequently.
