Lowers agro. Single most underrated Wizard spell in the game. Absolutely integral to being a raid Wizard.

"Attacks the mind of your target, causing them to forget some of the damage you have done to them."

Similar to a Rogue's evade skill but for Wizards.

NB: when this spell is cast on high level targets, it will show as "resisted." It actually lands...

Cast on You	You stagger from a blow to the head.
Cast on Other	Someone staggers from a blow to the head.
Wears Off

This is obtained via a quest - Brain Bite (Good) or Brain Bite (Evil)
