Description

The prince of Chardok. A rogue is required to lockpick the door. Can be managed with a single group. Torp shaman + chanter dps is highly recommended. Boltrans + torch on Royal Guards (no haste) works. The room can be pacified somewhat easily (on a lvl 60 w/ 255 cha). Notice that 'Selrach' is an anagram of Charles, hence the wordplay with royalty.
